As a Customer Service/Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing timely and effective solutions to member issues
- Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues, ensuring member satisfaction and loyalty
- Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve member issues, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence
- Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously while on the phone or responding to chats, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery
- Providing exceptional service to our members, exceeding their expectations and building lasting relationships
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming calls and chats, resolving member issues, and providing solutions
- Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues
- Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve member issues

- *Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Past customer service experience preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
- Proficient in computer programs and typing (minimum 30 wpm)
