As a Customer Service/Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats, providing timely and effective solutions to member issues
  • Utilizing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to resolve complex issues, ensuring member satisfaction and loyalty
  • Working collaboratively with other teams to resolve member issues, sharing knowledge and best practices to drive excellence
  • Utilizing multiple computer programs simultaneously while on the phone or responding to chats, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery
  • Providing exceptional service to our members, exceeding their expectations and building lasting relationships
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Answering incoming calls and chats, resolving member issues, and providing solutions

  • *Requirements**
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Past customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
  • Proficient in computer programs and typing (minimum 30 wpm)
