As an Experienced Customer Service Banking Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
- Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
- Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolutions
- Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments as required
- Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our processes
- Upselling products or services to enhance the customer experience (if required)
- *Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Banking experience (preferably in a call center environment)
- 18 years of age or older
- Proven call center experience
- A typing speed of 25 WPM or more
- Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
- Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
- Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
- Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
- Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
- Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure
