As an Experienced Customer Service Banking Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely resolutions
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments as required
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues to help improve our processes
  • Upselling products or services to enhance the customer experience (if required)
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Banking experience (preferably in a call center environment)
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Proven call center experience
  • A typing speed of 25 WPM or more
  • Proficiency in PC operation and navigation
  • Entry-level network troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to set up home Wi-Fi network
  • Ability to set up and configure a router or switch
  • Core proficiency with a laptop or desktop computer
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective under pressure
  • Strong listening skills
