As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.   • Utilize the telephone in customer contact and maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to empathize with customers

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
