  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • **Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences**: Engage with customers, resolve issues, and answer questions to ensure a positive experience. Model and share customer service best practices with team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful experience.
  • **Providing Efficient Checkout Service**: Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommend items for sale to customers.
  • **Maintaining Store Operations**: Keep counters and shelves clean and well-merchandised, take inventory, and maintain records. Check in and price merchandise as required or as directed by store manager or communicated by the shift leader.
  • **Implementing Asset Protection Procedures**: Identify and minimize profit loss by implementing company asset protection procedures.
  • **Ensuring Compliance**: Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products, such as alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.
  • **Constructing and Maintaining Displays**: Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, super structures, and sale merchandise.
  • **Providing Customer Service in the Photo Area**: Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service, poster print and creative machine, and suggestive sell of promotional photo products.
  • **Assuming Web Pick-up Responsibilities**: Monitor orders in Picture Care Plus, fill orders (pick items), and deliver orders to customers as they arrive at the store.
  • **Assisting with Exterior and Interior Maintenance**: Ensure a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance.
  • **Complying with Company Policies and Procedures**: Maintain respectful relationships with coworkers and comply with all company policies and procedures.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Required
  • **Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Ability to engage with customers, resolve issues, and work effectively with team members.
  • **Basic Math Skills**: Ability to handle cash, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • **Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment**: Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • **Basic Computer Skills**: Ability to use store systems and equipment, including cash registers and photo equipment.
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • **Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
  • **Knowledge of Store Systems and Equipment**: Familiarity with store systems and equipment, including cash registers and photo equipment.
  • **Basic Knowledge of Asset Protection Procedures**: Familiarity with asset protection procedures and protocols.
  • **Ability to Lift Up to 25 Pounds**: Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and equipment as needed.
