  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is warm, friendly, and efficient
  • Registering sales on assigned cash registers, handling customer transactions, and processing returns, exchanges, and refunds
  • Recommending products and services to customers, identifying their needs, and providing personalized solutions
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and displays
  • Assisting with inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandise pricing
  • Implementing asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensure compliance with state and local laws
  • Providing customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and promotional photo products
  • Assisting with web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring orders, filling orders, and delivering orders to customers
  • Participating in special assignments and other tasks as assigned by management
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekend hours
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a cash register
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Six months of experience in a retail environment
  • Prior work experience with arenaflex (a plus!)
  • Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
