  • *In Your Typical Day, You Will:**
  • Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound (dialer) calls a day
  • Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and any general mortgage information
  • Discuss arenaflex customer benefits like Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
  • Assist customers that are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
  • *Qualifications:**
  • 6 months or more with customer service experience
  • 6 months or more with call center experience
  • *Additional Details:**
  • Hourly rate is $15.00 an hour
  • Eligible for monthly bonus and incentive rewards!
  • Must reside within 60 miles from office location
  • Comprehensive 6-week paid virtual training – equipment is provided
  • Attendance is required for the first 90 days of training is required.
  • Hours of Operations: Monday - Thursday 7am – 8pm; Friday 7am - 7pm; and Saturday 8am- 12pm.
