As a Digital Devices and Alexa Support Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Researching and resolving technical issues related to arenaflex's digital services and devices
- Analyzing and troubleshooting issues in real-time using a variety of tools
- Communicating effectively with customers to provide excellent technical support
- Escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution
- Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day and late shifts
- Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
- *Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Right to work in Colombia
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (both written and oral fluency) with an English level of 85% or above
- Proficient computer skills
- Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6:00 am to 10:00 pm
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace with a dedicated office space, desk, and chair
- High-Speed Internet (10 MGB download / 3MBG upload or better broadband connection speed using a hard-wire Ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
