  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional patient and customer experiences through respectful, fair, and productive interactions
  • Registering sales on assigned sales register, collecting cash, and circulating change as needed
  • Processing voids, returns, postponements, discounts, and trades in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized store environment, including counters, stock, and records
  • Carrying out organization resource assurance methods to identify and limit benefit loss
  • Ensuring compliance with state and local regulations regarding controlled items
  • Developing and maintaining displays, including special, seasonal, and promotional designs
  • Assisting with the separation of food items and product placement as determined by strategies and systems
  • Providing customer assistance in the photo area, including digital ID photo service, banner print, and creative machine
  • Taking on web pick-up responsibilities, including screening orders in Picture Care and handling requests
  • Contributing to the maintenance of a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures, and maintaining respectful relationships with colleagues
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekend hours

  • Previous experience in a retail environment
  • Prior experience with arenaflex
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
  • Familiarity with store systems and equipment
