We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services. You will work closely with our customers, patients, and colleagues to ensure a positive and memorable experience.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and promoting arenaflex's products and services
• Register sales on assigned sales register, collect cash, and process voids, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including counters, shelves, and stockrooms
• Develop and maintain displays, including seasonal, promotional, and special displays
• Assist with the separation of food items, including raw and pre-cooked meats, and restock consumable items using the first-in, first-out technique
• Provide customer assistance in the photo area, including digital photo services, banner printing, and sales of special photo items
• Take on web order responsibilities, including screening orders and processing requests
• Maintain a positive and respectful attitude, adhering to arenaflex's policies and procedures
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities
• Basic knowledge of store systems and equipment
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Previous experience working with arenaflex
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English (except in Puerto Rico)
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
