  • Providing world-class customer service to corporate clients, individual customers, and partner drivers via Live Chat
  • Handling, investigating, and resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Attending to enquiries, educating customers, and ensuring first contact resolution
  • Interacting with our Driver Operations & Finance team on a regular basis to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Recording details of enquiries, comments, or complaints to maintain accurate records
  • Providing proactive, clear, and efficient support to our users and drivers by answering their questions and utilizing the right methods and tools
  • *What You'll Need**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or college experience, with a preference for those with a background in customer service, contact centers, or BPO
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving complex issues and providing exceptional support
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
