- *Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Advocate III, you will be responsible for:
- Resolving complex issues or concerns for members or providers through various communication channels, including phone, live chats, and emails.
- Assessing and researching customer service needs, determining causes, and initiating corrective actions to other service or technical departments as needed.
- Providing support and guidance on various complex, member or provider issues to ensure customers receive high-quality services.
- Resolving complex problems and educating customers on solutions or requested information.
- Identifying and documenting all customer information and communications to update leadership on customer needs through root cause analysis.
- Providing guidance and training to other team members on more complex issues in the absence of a team lead.
- Documenting all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
- Remaining up-to-date and adhering to quality standards, regulation, and all other policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

- *Essential Qualifications**
- High School diploma or GED
- 2-4 years of related experience in customer service or a related field
- Vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience (may include additional on-the-job training or continuous learning education)
