  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Service Advocate III, you will be responsible for:

  • Resolving complex issues or concerns for members or providers through various communication channels, including phone, live chats, and emails.
  • Assessing and researching customer service needs, determining causes, and initiating corrective actions to other service or technical departments as needed.
  • Providing support and guidance on various complex, member or provider issues to ensure customers receive high-quality services.
  • Resolving complex problems and educating customers on solutions or requested information.
  • Identifying and documenting all customer information and communications to update leadership on customer needs through root cause analysis.
  • Providing guidance and training to other team members on more complex issues in the absence of a team lead.
  • Documenting all member or provider information and communications for quality and performance tracking through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications.
  • Remaining up-to-date and adhering to quality standards, regulation, and all other policies to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
  • Complying with all policies and standards.
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 2-4 years of related experience in customer service or a related field
  • Vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience (may include additional on-the-job training or continuous learning education)

  • Experience working in a contact center environment
  • Familiarity with CRM applications
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
