As a Customer Service Advisor – Zero Carbon Living, you will be responsible for providing consistently outstanding service to arenaflex's customers across the entire customer lifecycle. Your key outcomes will include:

  • Engaging with OVO's customers, communicating with passion across phone, email, and web chat contacts
  • Quickly understanding the root cause of customer contact, taking ownership for solving queries the first time to prevent repeat contact
  • Coaching your teammates in areas where you have a deeper level of knowledge or skill – this might be to help answer a customer query in the moment or to enhance the overall knowledge across the squad
  • Taking ownership of the success of the entire squad. We believe the strength of the squad is each individual advisor, but the strength of each advisor is the squad
  • Autonomously managing your day, ensuring the overall objectives of the squad are achieved
  • Preparing, attending, and actively contributing at squad meetings as appropriate
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement efforts in both squad ways of working and customer experience
  • Being an OVO ambassador, promoting our range of products & services to customers
  • Being empowered to have strong conversations to promote our products & services that we offer to our customers to help promote a Zero Carbon Living
  • Taking accountability for your own development and using the tools provided to allow yourself to have strong conversations about our new and existing products
  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, and web chat contacts
  • Resolve customer inbound queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Coach and develop your teammates to improve their knowledge and skills
  • Take ownership of the success of the entire squad and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
  • Promote arenaflex's range of products and services to customers
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate and informed advice to customers
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products and services

  • Experience in a sales or account management role
