  • *What You'll Do**

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
  • Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
  • Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues
  • Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
  • Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary
  • *Who We're Looking For**

We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. If you have:

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers
  • Experience in customer service or call centers (training will be provided)
  • A flexible schedule and ability to work seven days a week, including weekends
  • High-speed internet access with download speeds of 10mbps+, upload speeds of 3mbps+, and a ping of less than 175ms
  • A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology (preferred)

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have a High School Diploma or GED
  • Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
  • Have at least six months of experience in customer service
  • Meet the technical requirements for remote work (high-speed internet access, etc.)
  • Be flexible in working hours, seven days a week, including weekends
  • Reside in one of our US hiring zones (excluding AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, and NY, and the following metro areas: Minneapolis, Chicago, New York City Metro, Portland, Montgomery County, Seattle, and Denver)
