- *What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling inbound calls from customers with inquiries about their recent purchases
- Assisting customers with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs
- Using your problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve any issues
- Helping de-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism
- Occasionally assisting with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate and necessary
- *Who We're Looking For**
We're seeking a compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication and soft skills. If you have:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for de-escalating upset customers
- Experience in customer service or call centers (training will be provided)
- A flexible schedule and ability to work seven days a week, including weekends
- High-speed internet access with download speeds of 10mbps+, upload speeds of 3mbps+, and a ping of less than 175ms
- A secured workspace with a door that is only accessible to you during work hours
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology (preferred)

To be considered for this role, you must:
- Be 18 years or older
- Have a High School Diploma or GED
- Be able to successfully pass a criminal background check
- Have at least six months of experience in customer service
- Meet the technical requirements for remote work (high-speed internet access, etc.)
- Be flexible in working hours, seven days a week, including weekends
- Reside in one of our US hiring zones (excluding AK, CA, HI, MA, IL, MT, and NY, and the following metro areas: Minneapolis, Chicago, New York City Metro, Portland, Montgomery County, Seattle, and Denver)
