We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis (17.5 hours per week). As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing accurate information, advising on our products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, manage product replacements, refunds, and orders, and promote our latest products.
