We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a part-time basis (17.5 hours per week). As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing accurate information, advising on our products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer queries, manage product replacements, refunds, and orders, and promote our latest products.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Handle customer enquiries through various communication channels, including telephone, live chat, social media, and email
  • Capture information through the customer SAP database
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Advise customers on our entire product range
  • Manage product replacements, refunds, and orders

  • Provide relief reception cover as and when required
  • Work collaboratively with the team to resolve customer queries and improve customer satisfaction

  • Prior experience within a Customer Service environment from an FMCG industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literate with a strong understanding of customer service software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, pressurized environment

  • *Desirable Qualifications**
  • Knowledge of SAP (training will be provided)
