As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing information and support to customers regarding products and services, including answering questions, resolving issues, and promoting our offerings
- Managing a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and chats, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Informing customers of special promotions, deals, and discounts, and assisting with the placement of orders, refunds, and exchanges
- Taking detailed notes regarding customer requests and needs to ensure accuracy and follow-up
- Attending ongoing training sessions, including Zoom calls with team members, to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices
- Maintaining a positive, customer-oriented culture in the workplace, working in harmony with other team members and leadership
- Accurately handling customer funds, maintaining proper documentation of transactions, and adhering to company policies and procedures
- Multi-tasking, adapting to changes, and effectively problem-solving with a can-do attitude
- Navigating through multiple systems and programs to provide seamless support to customers
- Working with team leadership to ensure exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Participating in ongoing training and skill development activities to enhance your knowledge and skills
- Providing exceptional service, whether interpersonal, verbal, or written, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

The salary range for this position is $57,300 - $64,750 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
