As a Customer Onboarding Manager at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the customer onboarding/migration experience with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Focusing on the implementation of regional/global projects using arenaflex project documents
  • Completing project handover and readiness assessments with Solutions Design teams
  • Designing the work breakdown structure and defining resources required for projects
  • Ensuring all client requirements are understood and documented for action by onward teams
  • Developing and managing detailed project plans, ensuring alignment and sign-off by stakeholders
  • Creating a positive environment to drive partnership and project success
  • Managing project performance and communicating status, milestones, risks, and dependencies
  • Ensuring E2E testing is completed and documented successfully
  • Determining project call structure and managing stakeholder calls
  • Contributing to team calls, sharing experiences and ideas for process improvements

To succeed as a Customer Onboarding Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

  • Travel industry experience (preferably with arenaflex or a similar organization)
  • Strong relationship building and customer service skills
  • Understanding of arenaflex and corporate travel
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced matrix environment across multiple geographies and time zones

  • Business English is mandatory; multi-lingual capability is advantageous
