- *The Role**
As a Freelance Customer Happiness Representative, you'll be a vital support for our core team members, ensuring our customers consistently receive top-notch care. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, including website/technical issues, orders, tracking, and subscriptions. You'll also be expected to stay updated on our products and services, master our tools, and drive regular one-on-one meetings with mentors to discuss strategies for improvement.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email and chat
- Stay updated on our products and services, including website/technical issues, orders, tracking, and subscriptions
- Master our tools, including Zendesk, Shopify, Guru, and Monday.com
- Drive regular one-on-one meetings with mentors to discuss strategies for improvement
- Successfully manage operational demands during peak times or when core team members are unavailable
- Participate in team meetings and Slack channels to stay informed, learn from colleagues, and build connections
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Genuine desire to make a positive impact on every interaction
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a dedication to the customer experience are highly valued
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
