  • *The Role**

As a Freelance Customer Happiness Representative, you'll be a vital support for our core team members, ensuring our customers consistently receive top-notch care. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service by responding to customer inquiries via email and chat, including website/technical issues, orders, tracking, and subscriptions. You'll also be expected to stay updated on our products and services, master our tools, and drive regular one-on-one meetings with mentors to discuss strategies for improvement.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries via email and chat
  • Stay updated on our products and services, including website/technical issues, orders, tracking, and subscriptions
  • Master our tools, including Zendesk, Shopify, Guru, and Monday.com
  • Drive regular one-on-one meetings with mentors to discuss strategies for improvement
  • Successfully manage operational demands during peak times or when core team members are unavailable
  • Participate in team meetings and Slack channels to stay informed, learn from colleagues, and build connections
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Genuine desire to make a positive impact on every interaction
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn and a dedication to the customer experience are highly valued
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
