We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Strategist to join our team on a part-time basis, approximately 8-20 hours per week (average of about 15 hours per week), through early 2025. This role will require a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand building principles. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of communications plans, channel briefs, and creative asset ecosystems, ensuring seamless alignment with our brand vision and goals.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Support the development of comprehensive communications plans that drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Create and manage channel briefs for social and digital creative, ensuring alignment with media plans and platform best practices
  • Review and approve creative assets to ensure they meet brand standards and platform requirements
  • Develop and maintain an omnichannel asset ecosystem document, mapping creative assets to audiences across the customer journey
  • Consult on and contribute to briefs for various digital marketing channels, including social media, digital display, website, email, app engagement, and more
  • *How You'll Excel in Your Role**

To succeed in this position, you will require:

  • 5-10 years of experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy, with a proven track record of driving business growth and customer engagement
  • A deep understanding of basic principles of brand building and measurement, including brand trackers, audience segmentation, category dynamics, and principles of growth
  • Availability for meetings in the PST timezone
  • The ability to contribute independently to the requirements outlined above, with minimal oversight and training
  • A clear, competent, and confidence-inspiring communication style

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and/or social media strategy
  • Strong understanding of brand building principles and measurement
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
