  • Manage customer cases and service requests efficiently, documenting interactions accurately
  • Identify and mitigate potential issues to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Assist customers in tracking their shipments and providing real-time updates

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Secondary education or equivalent
  • At least one (1) year of relevant work experience in customer service and interaction
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and local language, especially if English is not your first language
