As a Customer Experience Manager - Imaging UKI, you will be responsible for leading and managing the clinical education team across the UK and Ireland. This role requires a unique blend of leadership, education, and customer experience expertise, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality education services, supporting business growth, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • **Team Leadership & Development**
  • + Manage the day-to-day operations of the UKI Imaging clinical education team, ensuring seamless delivery of education services and high-quality team performance.+ Promote staff retention and uphold the professional standing of the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.+ Collaborate with modality clinical and training leaders to ensure the team maintains the highest competency levels, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • **Educational Strategy & Delivery**
  • + Develop and implement new educational offerings, combining in-person (e.g., classroom) and digital formats to meet the evolving needs of customers and drive business growth.+ Oversee the lifecycle management of clinical education to maximize installed base (IB) retention, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience throughout the product lifecycle.+ Design and deliver presales education programs to support competitive IB capture and business growth, aligning with arenaflex's strategic objectives.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration**
  • + Work with modality managers to enhance show site experiences and align training with product development, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.+ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials that support educational activities and growth campaigns, driving business growth and customer engagement.+ Support product introductions and highlight unique selling points (USPs) through tailored customer training, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience.+ Partner with modality managers to identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and Digital Opinion Leaders (DOLs), driving thought leadership and business growth.
  • **Customer Engagement & Events**
  • + Organize educational symposia aligned with modality marketing strategies, providing customers with valuable insights and driving business growth.+ Drive synergies across HCS education teams by sharing best practices and leveraging opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring a seamless customer experience.+ Collaborate with non-competitive third parties to expand the educational offering, driving business growth and customer engagement.
  • **Innovation & Outreach**
  • + Develop early adopter programs in partnership with universities and junior radiologists to foster innovation and future engagement, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • *Qualifications**
  • Proven experience in clinical education, customer experience, or imaging-related roles, with a strong understanding of the UKI healthcare market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and partners.
  • Experience in developing and delivering educational programs, both in-person and digitally, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Familiarity with imaging modalities and healthcare systems in the UKI region, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
