As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be the face of arenaflex to our customers, providing personalized service and support to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. You'll work closely with your colleagues to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and providing access to our Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Creating innovative solutions to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations to enhance our customers' travel experiences
- Offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance to support our customers' needs
- Partnering with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members
- *Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1-year recent experience servicing premium customers, preferably in the airline, lounge, or travel industry
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction
- The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction
- A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a focus on putting the customer's experience at the forefront
- Resourcefulness and the ability to utilize multiple technology platforms effectively
- Adaptability and resilience in an ever-changing environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
