- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1 month of related experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Basic computer knowledge, including word processing and typing skills.
- Must meet minimum technology requirements (type of internet service and speed of internet service).
- Candidates must live within 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
