As a Customer Experience Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the future of retail. Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate the functionality and customer experience of new technologies, providing technical and CX feedback to our development teams. You'll visit customer sites, deploy new technology, collect customer feedback, and quantify the impacts of new technology. Your findings will be presented to development team leadership, helping us refine and improve our products.

- *Essential Qualifications**
- A 4-year science/engineering degree
- Strong communication and data analysis skills
- Minimum of 2 years of product development experience in consumer hardware development and deployment
- Previous experience teaching and communicating complex topics, both written and verbally, to diverse audiences
- Previous experience analyzing risk/reward tradeoffs and making decisions in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment
- *Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or similar technical field
- Scripting skills
- Formal coursework/training in project management
