  • *Key Responsibilities**

As an Experienced Customer Experience Agent, you'll play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience on our platform. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Interacting with buyers and sellers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues related to payments, orders, shipments, and general questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Becoming an expert in arenaflex's product, processes, and systems, staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates.
  • Collaborating with other departments to troubleshoot and resolve complex questions and issues.
  • Identifying opportunities to eliminate repeat contacts and improve the overall customer experience, implementing process improvements and best practices.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a support role, handling email and/or chat services.
  • Availability to work overnight shifts from 8pm-5am PST.
  • Weekend availability required.
  • A strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace operations.
  • Experience with customer-facing systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
  • A customer-centric approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Proactive problem-solving and process-improvement skills.
  • Knowledge of collectibles is a plus, but not required.
  • A bachelor's degree or college experience preferred.
  • Previous start-up experience is a plus.
