We're seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to join our remote chat team. As a Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails on behalf of arenaflex's customers in a timely manner. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a passion for the automotive industry, and a knack for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner
- Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that meet or exceed customer expectations
- Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
- Identify and report system errors or anomalies to ensure seamless operations
- Meet or exceed a set minimum number of conversations per hour, demonstrating productivity and efficiency
- Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary CRM system
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- *Education & Skills Required**
- Knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles
- High-speed internet access, ensuring reliable and fast connectivity
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- *Work Schedule**
Our remote chat team operates on a rotating schedule, with the following hours:
Monday (OFF), Tuesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Wednesday (OFF), Thursday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM), Friday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM), Saturday (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF). While we strive to maintain a consistent schedule, we may adjust hours based on department needs.
