What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)
As our CDP Technical Lead, you'll be the technical owner of our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Real-Time Customer Data Platform. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring seamless integration, optimal performance, and maximum value extraction from our customer data infrastructure.
- Platform Management & Maintenance: Oversee and maintain the Adobe Experience Platform Real-Time CDP, proactively addressing enterprise-level issues and ensuring 99.9% platform availability
- Development Support: Assist in new development, setup, and ongoing maintenance of the CDP platform, working closely with development teams to implement new features and capabilities
- Technical Guidance: Provide expert technical guidance to internal teams regarding segment building, real-time CDP implementation, and best practices for data utilization
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to the platform, implementing effective solutions while minimizing downtime
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT and other departments to align on technical requirements, integration needs, and implementation strategies
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest trends, features, and best practices related to Adobe Experience Platform and broader CDP landscape
- Performance Optimization: Conduct regular platform audits and performance reviews to ensure optimal utilization and identify improvement opportunities
- Training & Enablement: Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to up-skill internal teams on effective platform usage and data-driven decision making
- Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with Adobe Support and Consulting teams to coordinate product improvements, resolve complex issues, and implement workarounds
- Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles for platform operations

- Experience: Demonstrated experience in technical information management and marketing technology solutions
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills, particularly with Adobe Experience Platform or similar enterprise CDP solutions

- Communication Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences

- Implementation Success: Proven track record of successfully managing and executing complex enterprise-level platform implementations
- Data Management Mastery: In-depth knowledge of data management and data governance best practices
- Industry Experience: Related experience in large-scale e-commerce or digital business environments, preferably with a focus on customer journey optimization
- Integration Skills: Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and ETL processes
- Leadership Capabilities: Experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior team members
