  • *Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Technician to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our front desk and supply chain management team, you will be responsible for providing receptionist and clerical support, preparing and coordinating patient records, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. You will also be responsible for establishing, inventorying, and replenishing adequate supply levels, including exchange and parcarts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Establish, inventory, and replenish adequate supply levels, including exchange and parcarts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments
  • Document all supply replenishment performed, including issues/credits, patient care equipment, and charges
  • Process patient and supply charges for interfacing and dayclose activities
  • Monitor, rotate, remove, and document all outdated and overstocked supplies, checking for any damage to items
  • Enter supply replenished par level forms, including par, Pyxis inventory, or exchange carts to support daily activities for nursing and ancillary departments
  • Verify inventory and control levels for all nursing and schedules ancillary departments
  • Physically stock and pick needed supplies for delivery to nursing and ancillary departments
  • Promote the mission, vision, and values of arenaflex, and abide by service behavior standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • May be required to float to other departments (within scope of competency and qualifications) based on business need
  • May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift
  • *Minimum Qualifications**
  • High School Diploma or GED is required
