  • *Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Resolving incoming customer inquiries regarding power outages, billing questions, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Utilizing policies and procedures to place service and emergency orders for customers, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery.
  • Assisting customers with payment arrangements and other service-related inquiries, providing empathetic and solution-focused support.
  • Performing research and follow-up on customer accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Participating in required training sessions, both remote and onsite, as needed, to stay up-to-date on industry developments and arenaflex's best practices.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and privacy of customer information during interactions, adhering to arenaflex's strict data protection policies.
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED Certificate; or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • A minimum of two years non-sales customer service experience or two years of non-sales call center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, including email management and calendar organization.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex customer issues.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to handle escalated customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficient use of computers and ability to perform basic math calculations, with a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Flexibility to work shifts within operating hours of 7am-9pm M-F and 8am-7pm Saturday, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

  • Experience in a remote work environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
