  • Assisting rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations in a timely and efficient manner

To be successful as a Customer Care Specialist I, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm

  • 1+ year of experience in a call center environment
