As a Customer Care Specialist I - Account Services, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your ability to combine your training, skills, resources, and tools into superior service will make a significant impact on their experience. You will be working in a highly structured call center environment, where you will be required to meet sales goals, resolve customer concerns, and provide support to internal sales reps.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Assess customers' needs, suggesting products and services for their home and business needs
  • Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns
  • Manage customer concerns while meeting goals in Serving, Solving, and Selling
  • Remain current on arenaflex Business products and services
  • Own the customer experience
  • Provide support to internal sales reps

  • *Qualifications**
  • Minimum:
  • + High school diploma, GED or relevant work experience+ 6 months experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens+ 1 or more years customer service experience+ Excellent skills in creating an exceptional customer experience, sales orientation, multi-tasking, building customer rapport by discovering customer needs and problem-solving+ Ability to learn and apply new procedures+ Good teamwork and communication skills+ Solid analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issue+ You must live in Phoenix, AZ, Tucson, AZ, Las Vegas, NV or a surrounding community within those states+ Must be able to work in a highly structured call center environment
  • Preferred:
  • + 1 year experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals+ 1-2 years experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers+ Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus+ Ability to adapt to constant change
  • *Training and Onboarding**
  • Training will begin May 13th, 2024
  • You will work with your Onboarding Supervisor when schedules are shared for you to select
  • Our schedules are dependent on the needs of the business and when our customers need us, therefore, you will see a mix of schedules that are 8 hour and/or 10-hour schedules for you to choose from
