As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound service calls related to billing and technical support. You'll own the customer interaction from start to finish, ensuring that every issue is resolved to their satisfaction. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Support billing calls by processing payments, educating customers on their billing cycle, payment due dates, and impact of non-pay status
- Accurately educate customers on general charges to their account based on package and prorations when changes are made to the package
- Proactively review customer accounts and educate them on additional service options
- Support all arenaflex video, phone, and internet products with basic and advanced troubleshooting to resolve customer issues
- Escalate any customer issues that may be indicative of larger network issues
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- *What You'll Need**
- At least one year of customer service experience, with prior call center experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and solve practical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills and telephone etiquette
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism in challenging and/or changing situations
- Must be able to pass a background and drug test prior to employment
