As a Customer Care & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Evaluating and assisting with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Selling arenaflex's Connected Home product and other offerings to customers on every call
  • Explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data product offerings, and company policies to customers
  • Meeting sales and customer experience goals and objectives
  • Escalating calls to the appropriate tier of customer service function when necessary
  • Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect
  • *Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service experience and a desire to upsell to customers
  • Ability to retain knowledge and learn product information and customer information
  • Attention to detail and a focus on providing care and attention to every customer issue
  • Friendly, professional, and respectful demeanor, with the ability to politely address customers and show patience and empathy in resolving customer concerns
  • Flexibility and adaptability in meeting the needs of each customer and business needs
  • Organization and multitasking skills, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills, with the ability to efficiently resolve issues and meet customer expectations while maintaining a standard of quality customer service
  • Dedication and a reliable track record in attendance and performance
  • Ability to spend 4-8 hours per day sitting and working at a computer in a call center environment (noise levels, using headset 90% of the time)
  • Computer literacy, with the ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
  • Working knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems (Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
