As a Customer Care Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling and responding to customer inquiries with care and attention to detail
- Providing exceptional customer service through active listening and empathy

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- 6 months of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer-facing role)
- Over 18 years of age
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- High School Graduate or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- Logical problem-solving skills
- Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
- Organization and work prioritization skills

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
