We're seeking an experienced Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care department. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.   • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to policy holders, agents, and funeral homes
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • *Requirements**
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer operation skills
  • Ability to type 35 wpm
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
  • Full-time schedule Monday through Friday - 8:00am-4:45pm MST (part-time schedule open to discussion)
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • Prior experience working in the insurance industry
  • Fluency in Spanish (additional language skills a plus)
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Knowledge of life insurance, mortuary, cemetery, and mortgages products and services
