  • *Job Summary**

As a Customer Care Representative I, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries. You will work closely with our clients to resolve routine complexity health-related customer excellence activities, providing professional, respectful, and empathetic service.

  • *Responsibilities**
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences through multiple communication channels, including voice, email, chat, and AI-related inquiries
  • Respond to customer inquiries received by various digital methods, including telephone, fax, email, and chat
  • Provide professional, respectful, and empathetic service to customers, demonstrating a caring and empathetic approach when delivering sensitive health information
  • Maintain complete customer/patient confidentiality for all health, personal, and other customer information
  • Support assigned client group(s) performing routine complexity health-related customer excellence activities
  • Typically make routine outbound, health-related customer calls following set scripts and procedures
  • Effectively respond to customer inquiries regarding reporting of patient results, inquiries of tests and services, concerns of service failures, and other duties needed to provide superior service
  • Supports all client group(s) based on business needs
  • *Training and Development**
  • Participate in a comprehensive 5-week training program, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, onsite in Tampa
  • Develop skills and knowledge in customer service excellence, health-related customer care, and communication channels
  • Receive ongoing training and support to ensure success in the role
  • *Work Schedule**
  • Work a flexible, hybrid remote arrangement, with the option to work from home or our Tampa office
  • Work a 8-hour shift between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm ET, with rotating weekends (Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday)
  • Anticipated start date: January 13th

  • *Requirements**
  • 1-year related customer service excellence experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Good digital skills, including computer proficiency (Outlook and Excel), phone systems, chat, automation, and AI

  • Ability to maintain complete customer/patient confidentiality for all health, personal, and other customer information
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Health care and laboratory-related experience
  • Experience delivering customer service excellence and achieving productivity/accuracy/quality standards
