The Experienced Customer Care Manager will play a critical role in leading our customer care team to achieve exceptional performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve customer care team performance objectives, including quantitative and qualitative metrics.

  • Manage staffing and scheduling functions to ensure optimal team coverage and resource allocation.

  • Compile and analyze reports to inform departmental communications and strategic planning.

  • Participate in strategic planning and recommendation of action plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Interface with team leaders to develop and implement effective people management strategies, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management.

  • Lead or participate in strategic departmental or company-wide projects to drive process improvements and innovation.

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance customer care team efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Perform other job duties as requested by management.

Education and Experience


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of experience.

  • A minimum of three (3) years of previous management or leadership experience, preferably in a customer care or related industry.

  • Previous experience in an HMO environment or related industry is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of Medicaid and the healthcare industry.

arenaflex offers a competitive salary package, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive total rewards package that includes:



  • A salary range of $79,800.00 - $127,600.00.
