As a Customer Care Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive an outstanding experience. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their queries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and empathetic manner. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues that may arise, working closely with our Drivers and Dry Cleaning Partners to ensure seamless service delivery.

• **Minimum 2 years of customer care experience**: You'll have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• **Well-organized and punctual**: You'll be able to manage your time effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines with ease.
