As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our organization, delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

  • Providing compassionate and knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding their plans, benefits, and resources
  • Actively listening to customer needs, offering guidance and education on arenaflex plans, tools, and resources
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues from customers, providers, and other departments, escalating complex matters as needed
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, including contacts with customers, providers, and plan supports
  • Guiding customers through their plan benefits, arenaflex policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Building strong relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy and a commitment to their well-being
  • Proactively anticipating customer needs and providing relevant information, such as plan details, benefit information, and self-service tools
  • Clearly explaining customer rights and limitations as outlined in their contracts
  • Serving as a key resource for colleagues and supervisors, providing accurate information and support
  • Contributing to team goals by actively participating in training, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Ensuring timely completion of all assigned reports and documentation
  • Maintaining accurate and daily timesheet submissions
  • Participating in quality assurance activities to identify areas for improvement
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support departmental objectives

This is a second and third shift position, and candidates should be available for either a second or third shift schedule. To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a customer-facing environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
