As a Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
  • Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
  • Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
  • Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
  • Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
  • Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
