As a Customer Advocate I, you'll work in a remote office environment, providing exceptional support to our members and physicians through phone and written inquiries. You'll be responsible for conducting research, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. This role requires a strong skillset in customer service, communication, and problem-solving, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Respond to telephone and written inquiries from members and physicians in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
  • Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
  • Spend approximately 85% of scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months of customer service experience or 6 months of experience in an office environment
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to make independent decisions
  • Ability to spend approximately 90% of scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs, and sit for long periods with scheduled breaks
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 9 months of customer service experience
  • Experience working with various lines of business, including CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
  • Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria
