As a Customer Advocate I, you'll work in a remote office environment, providing exceptional support to our members and physicians through phone and written inquiries. You'll be responsible for conducting research, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. - Respond to telephone and written inquiries from members and physicians in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Conduct research to resolve customer issues and provide accurate information
- Spend approximately 85% of scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction
- *Essential Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service experience or 6 months of experience in an office environment
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to make independent decisions
- Ability to spend approximately 90% of scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs, and sit for long periods with scheduled breaks

- 9 months of customer service experience
- Experience working with various lines of business, including CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- Referral preference given to applicants able to take and meet testing criteria
