Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled professional to manage the development and implementation of compliance monitoring programs. As a Manager, Compliance Analytics at arenaflex, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and standards across the entire scope of our business operations. You will work closely with business leaders to identify potential compliance risks and develop actionable strategies to mitigate them. This position offers a unique blend of technical data analysis and compliance management, addressing both pharmacy and front-end regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our compliance team, you will be tasked with a variety of important responsibilities that contribute to our organization's integrity and success:
- Compliance Risk Assessment: Manage the planning and execution of compliance risk assessments of business activities for assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring Program Development: Lead the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and protocols, establishing best practices for ongoing compliance verification.
- Data Analysis Execution: Plan and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Monitoring Analysis Director, utilizing advanced analytical methodologies.
- Results Documentation: Analyze and document monitoring results with precision, identifying patterns, trends, and areas requiring attention.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed reports of monitoring results and provide actionable insights to business leaders for use in mitigating potential compliance risks.
- Remedial Action Planning: Prepare and design reports of monitoring activities, results, and related corrective action plans (CAPs), ensuring comprehensive documentation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with various departments to ensure alignment between compliance objectives and business operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing compliance processes and implementing best practices across the organization.
Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing function (such as internal audit, compliance monitoring) is required. Alternatively, a High School Diploma/GED with at least 5 years of relevant experience will be considered.
- Analytical Skills: At least 2 years of experience developing metrics, analyzing data, and converting information into actionable insights to identify potential risk areas or trends.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience working with data analytical tools and processes is essential for success in this role.
- Leadership Capabilities: Minimum of 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management experience.

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package that reflects the importance of the role and the value we place on our employees. The expected salary range for this position is $70,000-$80,000 annually, with the actual compensation determined by factors such as experience, rank, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
