As a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our commercial line policyholders. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing day-to-day support to commercial line policyholders, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Processing policy updates and changes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to our clients' businesses
• Assisting with claims and billing inquiries, providing clear explanations and resolutions to complex issues
• Providing proof of insurance, ID cards, and reviewing proposals to ensure our clients' needs are met
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes, driving continuous improvement and excellence

• *Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Property & Casualty (P&C) Licensed
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial Lines, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
• Knowledge of AMS360 is desired, but we'll provide comprehensive training to ensure your success
• Construction industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
