- *Key Responsibilities**
As a Co-Op, Airport Customer Service – International Projects and Analytics, you'll play a critical role in supporting our international projects and analytics initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting process improvement and project management initiatives to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations and reports for Managing Directors, Field Directors, and Station Managers
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement creative solutions to business challenges
- Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, analytics, computer science)
- Ability to work 14 consecutive weeks
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles, and is able to work effectively with fellow employees
- Curiosity and some experience in analysis, information science, data visualization (preferred)
- Previous experience in continuous process improvement or similar (preferred)
- Comfortable working in group and individual settings
- Ability to speak effectively to diverse audiences
- Ability to write clear and concise reports
- Ability to ask questions and follow up to find root causes
- PC-based computer skills, including the use of common database and Microsoft Office software
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
- Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States
