As a Clinical Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls from providers, members, and health plans, providing timely and accurate information to resolve their queries and concerns.

  • Maintaining accurate records of calls, ensuring timely follow-up, and meeting or exceeding minimum key job accountabilities.

  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in an inbound call center environment.
