As a Client Service Execution Examination Expert, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our client service crewmembers are performing at their best, and that our processes are optimized to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Conduct thorough examinations and investigations to identify areas for improvement in client service crewmember performance
  • Collaborate with Client care Authority to develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive execution enhancements
  • Gather, analyze, and present data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform business decisions
  • Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards and ad-hoc reporting to mentor, manage, and regulate prize and recognition programs for client service crewmembers
  • Work closely with a team of Examiners to mechanize reporting for all client care metrics using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake
  • Participate in Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) execution to develop reporting and dashboards that identify client patterns based on plans from CCaaS
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • One (1) year of previous investigator or applicable experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and present data to inform business decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, and Snowflake
  • Strong SQL coding skills, with the ability to write complex queries and reports
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-pressure team
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address quality issues
  • Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test
  • Must be legally qualified to work in the country in which the position is located
  • Approval to work in the US is required. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
  • Four-year degree in a related field
  • Two (2) years of examiner experience, preferably in the airline/travel industry or a contact center
  • Two (2) years of client service, sales, finance, or airline experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Knowledge of Avaya CMS data sets and estimations or Amazon Associate contact records
  • Experience with Angle Planning Suite
  • Ability to work independently and in a high-pressure team environment
  • Strong scientific skills, including the ability to collect and analyze data, identify trends, and develop business insights
  • *Work Environment:**
  • Work from home with occasional office visits to collaborate with team members or attend training sessions
  • Must provide a safe and professional home workspace, free from background noise and distractions
  • Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated phone line (if applicable)
