As a Clerical Support Staff, you'll be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Entering data into Excel spreadsheets and other software applications
- Organizing and maintaining client files, both physical and digital
- Scanning and digitizing documents, including invoices, receipts, and other financial records
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff, both in person and over the phone
- Maintaining a positive and professional image, both in person and online
- Assisting with data entry, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Performing other administrative tasks as needed
- *Qualifications and Skills**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 6 months of experience as a Bookkeeper Assistant or Office Assistant
- Proficiency in a range of software applications, including QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English, with Spanish a plus
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and other pre-employment testing
- Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable a plus
- Bookkeeping and QuickBooks experience a plus
