• *Job Summary**

As a Claims Analyst – Waste & Abuse Ideator, you'll be responsible for managing a range of administrative and project management tasks within the Waste and Misuse program. This includes daily oversight and management of clinical records inventory, ongoing monitoring and responding to system post box submissions, and updating project documentation as needed. You'll also identify and investigate program-specific issues, develop solutions, and collaborate with internal colleagues, external vendors, and suppliers to implement effective solutions.

• *Key Responsibilities**

• Identify key business drivers for your area of responsibility
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners
• Clearly communicate item vision and methodology to partners within A&BC, ensuring alignment with arenaflex's overall strategy
• Identify suitable data sources for analysis and develop solutions to address identified issues
• Conduct daily monitoring of clinical record inventory to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Collaborate with junior team members to develop and implement effective solutions
• Analyze complex issues, develop recommendations, and implement solutions
• Assist with the maintenance of overall program documentation
• Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork within the program
• Develop and implement processes for prioritizing issues and goals
• Communicate clearly and effectively through written and verbal communication

• *Required Capabilities**

• 3-5 years of industry experience in medical services claims, guarantee handling, and guarantee stages
• 3+ years of experience in claims handling data and experience within ACAS, QNXT, or HRP (HRP is highly preferred)
• Proficiency in QuickBase
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Ability to identify and analyze data sources and develop effective solutions
• High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• *Preferred Capabilities**

• Ability to collaborate with diverse groups at various levels
• Familiarity with organization systems to access electronic documentation
• Knowledge of arenaflex's policies and procedures
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, database search tools, and the use of the Intranet/Web to access information

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

• The base compensation range for this role is $70-$80 per year
