- As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling incoming chats, emails, and phone calls from customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns
- Utilizing problem-solving skills to triage complex issues that may not have a pre-defined solution
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer support and industry-specific areas
- Adhering to arenaflex's brand voice and tone in all written communication
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of work experience
- 1+ years of work experience in a fast-paced customer service role in technology, hospitality, or grocery & convenience
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently
- Natural problem solver with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Fluency in English with above-average technical fluency (typing speed of 40 WPM)
- Effective written communication skills, including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually using arenaflex's brand voice and tone
- Above-average technological fluency, with comfort using Google Sheets and G-Suite
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in grocery & convenience
- Familiarity with Slack
- Bonus points for experience with Google Sheets
