    As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Handling incoming chats, emails, and phone calls from customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills to triage complex issues that may not have a pre-defined solution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including chat logs and issue resolutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer support and industry-specific areas
  • Adhering to arenaflex's brand voice and tone in all written communication
  • *Essential Qualifications:**
    To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent amount of work experience
  • 1+ years of work experience in a fast-paced customer service role in technology, hospitality, or grocery & convenience
  • Highly motivated individual with the ability to work independently
  • Natural problem solver with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Fluency in English with above-average technical fluency (typing speed of 40 WPM)
  • Effective written communication skills, including top-notch grammar, spelling, and the ability to write both formally and casually using arenaflex's brand voice and tone
  • Above-average technological fluency, with comfort using Google Sheets and G-Suite
  • *Preferred Qualifications:**
    While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
  • Previous experience in grocery & convenience
  • Familiarity with Slack
  • Bonus points for experience with Google Sheets
