- *The Role**
As a Chat Support Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, providing timely and effective support through live chats, internal discussion boards, and platform demos. You will work collaboratively with our cross-functional teams to drive solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and continuously develop and expand processes to streamline support workflows.
- *Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to user inquiries via our ticketing software, providing timely and effective support to resolve issues and enhance the user experience
- Investigate and troubleshoot complex issues, including software bugs and data issues, and document steps to reproduce the issue and submit a ticket for engineering
- Collaborate with our engineering, partner, and corporate teams to provide information on feature requests and recommendations for enhancements to our tools
- Work with vendor and industry partners to streamline communication and alerts between systems
- Develop and expand processes to streamline support workflows, ensuring seamless user experiences
- Participate in daily and weekly admin responsibilities, including proactive account management, item issue reports, item reviews, credit approvals, and more
- *Essential Qualifications**
- 1 year of relevant, technical facing work experience
- 4 Year College Degree
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in ticket support
- Patience and compassion when handling difficult situations
- Ability to adapt quickly and manage many concurrent responsibilities
- A strong desire to learn and help our customers succeed
- A positive attitude and one-for-all team mentality, with excellent collaboration skills

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is: $50,000/year - $70,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits.
