As a Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about our dealer clients' products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your own computer or laptop, and will be required to attend 4 weeks of remote training.

- Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide detailed information about our dealer clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless communication between customers and dealerships.
- Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, using our proprietary software to track and analyze interactions.
